If you would like us to remove this, let us know! Email Delivery - This should take no longer than 12 hours in total but can be received within the same minute of ordering depending on the time of order. If you have not received your order, please contact us to request a resend as due to the automatically generated nature of this Emails, some providers may regard them as spam and prevent them from being received. Physical Delivery - Using DHL express Service we are able to ship your order almost anywhere within the world on a 1-2 Day Basis or we can provide a 3-7 Working Day Delivery via DHL & US Postal Service. If your order is being shipped to the UK, Europe or certain Isles, we may use Royal Mail AirSure Mail, this can take up to 1-3 Days for Mainland UK and 7-14 Days for the Rest of the World. If you have not received your order within 14 working days, please let us know! International delivery is charged at $9.95 for envelope order and FREE for gift sets. It takes 3-12 working days and this is worldwide including India and UAE.

You can name your star anything you like with exceptions of profanities of offensive remarks. We also suggest not using any offensive language on the personal message as this may cause your order to be deleted and a refund provided.
