How much does delivery cost?
Canada Post Tracked is free within Canada. Canada Post Tracked Express costs $12.95 for a gift folder and $21.95 for a gift set.
Express prices depend on packed order weight: $12.95 below 0.7 kg; $21.95 from 0.7 kg. The final price is shown at checkout.

How do dispatch and delivery timings differ?
Your gift needs to be prepared before it is handed to Canada Post. Contact us for current dispatch timing; carrier transit is a separate part of the journey.
Canada Post Tracked: 1–7 days. Canada Post Tracked Express: 1–2 days. These are estimated carrier delivery times; preparation and dispatch are separate.

What about weekends or a gift for a specific date?
Delivery estimates are not a promise of arrival on a particular date. Carrier schedules and public holidays can affect the journey. Contact us before ordering with the destination and the date you have in mind so we can check your options.
Can I send my gift abroad?
Sending outside Canada? Enter the destination at checkout for the services and final prices available to your order.
How can I follow my delivery?
Both listed Canada Post services are tracked. If you need help finding your shipment, send us your order number and checkout email address.
My gift has not arrived. What should I do?
Check any tracking information you have, then contact our team with your order number, the email used at checkout and the delivery address. We can look into the shipment with you.
Can I correct the delivery address?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address. We will check whether the address can still be changed before dispatch. Changes after dispatch may not be possible.
Does the packaging change the delivery price?
Standard delivery is free for both the gift folder and gift set. Faster delivery can have different prices for each format; see the price rows above. Your complete order and its packed weight determine the final price at checkout.
